We would like to inform you that we will be upgrading some of our network adapters in Sydney on Thursday 4th May at 10 AM, Sydney time. The NICs will be upgraded to 10GB to improve network performance. In addition, all the CPUs will be repasted to ensure optimal cooling.
As a result, around half of our range will experience brief, 10-minute outages during the upgrade process. However, if there are any issues installing the new NICs, some boxes may experience slightly longer downtime.
We will be upgrading the servers on a server-by-server basis to ensure minimal disruption to your services. We will also post updates or any delays that may arise during the upgrade process on this status page.
