After the SSD was replaced, some issues with the network adapter arose. This has now been completed resolved and is fully operational.

Unfortunately we have run into some unexpected issues with the OS reinstall, and it is taking much longer than expected, we will get this back up and running for effected clients as soon as possible.

We have noticed that the health of the operating system SSD on this piece of hardware is very low, due to this we will be doing preventative maintenance and replacing the OS SSD.
As this is where Game Panel information etc is stored, services will be offline for the duration of this maintenance.
This will be starting at 1AM AEST 19/09/2023, we expect the downtime to be roughly 4 hours.
